Here you can download request forms, protocols, software, and complete descriptions of our clones for genetic alteration.
 


Request Forms
Please download the appropriate request form, dependent on the type of service you need. Affymetrix and NimbleGen microarrays are requested with our general form. Next Generation Sequencing is requested with our NGS form. IRB researchers use the internal forms and everybody else the external ones.
       Please send us the completed request form by email with the P.I. copied to the email.

Protocols
These protocols are extensively validated and generate high quality nucleic acids preparations for the indicated types of analyses. Deviations from these protocols can cause non-reliable results.

shRNA & ORF libraries
Each zip archive contains an xlsx file with the complete description of all clones of the respective library and an order form. For clone requests, please send the completed order form by email to eva.gonzalez@irbbarcelona.org. You need Excel 2007 to open these files.
